interested in being a vendor?
We only book vendors and brands who appeal to the tattoo culture. Products should be unique and tattoo/art related. Submission of the application does not guarantee a booth until you have received confirmation from the Seaside Tattoo Show.
Each 10x10 booth includes:
Pipe & drape (10” back, 3” sides)
2 (8’ x 30”) tables
4 chairs
2 electric outlets and electricity
2 trash cans
1 sharps container
4 weekend passes to the event
NOTE: The EHD does not allow more than TWO artists per 10x10 booth space
Exhibitors are responsible for all other materials that they deem necessary to conduct business i.e. extra lighting, extension cords, paper towels, distilled water, consent forms, mounting hardware or s-hooks for banners or signs, table cloths etc.
We will provide a photocopier + thermal fax at the Kingpin Booth during the event. We recommend bringing your own printer.
We will have Wifi available for use.

All artists must be set up and ready for EHD inspection by 10am Friday, July 19th, 2024
ONLY Disposable tubes / Cartridges will be permitted, No Metal Tubes.
Even if you currently tattoo in Ventura County and hold a valid tattoo license, we still must submit for an Event permit to tattoo at the convention because it qualifies as a new location.
2024 Environmental Health Fees:
Body Art Practitioner, not currently registered in CA, $177.34
Body Art Temporary Event Booth Fee, per shop, $88.67
All fees must be paid in cash or Cashiers Check, payable to EHD
Practitioners need to submit the following to obtain a current body art practitioner license:
Certification of completing one of the Approved Bloodborne Pathogen Exposure Control Training Classes within the past year.
Completed OSHA Hepatitis B Vaccine Declination Form or proof of vaccination.
Application for Registration to Perform Tattoo, Body Piercing, Branding, and Permanent Cosmetics.
Environmental Health fees, listed above.

No gang affiliated patches, no weapons or hate-related materials allowed, can and may result in removal from the event.
All clients must pay General Admission to enter the Tattoo Show.
No music allowed in booths, if it conflicts with Event DJ.
No animals allowed in the exhibition hall. No exceptions, it’s against the County Health Code.
No food or drink allowed in the tattoo area, for both tattooer and client.
Practitioners must use Consent Forms for each and every procedure, this is required by EHD. Aftercare forms are also required by all Body Art Practitioners.
